The agreement between you and Provinear when you use Live.
In effect from 1 October 2026.
Live is an event platform from Provinear. Organisers use it to publish events, take registrations and payments, email their guests and check people in at the door.
Creating an account means you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you use Live for an organisation, you accept them for it too.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into your account.
You decide what your event is, what it costs and who may come. You are responsible for it happening as you described.
If you sell tickets, the Organiser agreement applies too. It covers fees, how you're paid, the limit on sales for new organisers, and refunds. You're asked to accept it before your first paid event or before connecting a payout account.
If you register or buy a ticket, the Guest terms explain refunds, fees and tickets.
Paid plans are charged monthly until you stop them. Stopping keeps the plan until the period you've paid for ends; we don't refund part of a month.
What you publish stays yours. You let us store and show it so Live can do its job: display your event page, send your emails, and show your event on Browse if you list it.
You can stop using Live whenever you like. We may end an account with notice, or immediately if it puts people or the platform at risk. Records we must keep for law or accounting stay with us.
We work to keep Live available and correct, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Live isn't responsible for an event itself: that is between the organiser and the guest.
When these terms change we'll post the new version here, and tell you about anything important by email before it takes effect.
